## My interpretation

What should have happened? What happened instead? Quote the relevant sentence.
Keep literal actions separate from whether those actions were ethically right.
Explain uncertainties, prior exposure to the example and alternative readings.

## What would be useful next

An independent check, a simpler explanation, a proposed remedy or a fresh case.
